Interesting thoughts on player skills
Flea and I have had discussions about this: which side is going to have the skilled players? It always seems the un-popular side always has more skilled players as the kiddies and more casual players go for “nicer” or “hero” like races.
But WAR is different. The “ugly” or “evil” races are actually sexy and cool in this game. I mean, fuck, look at the dark elves. I’d hit it. We both have the inkling Destruction will be the more popular of the masses, which means more kiddies, casual and unskilled players. Granted, not all casual players or even kids are unskilled.
But finding the unpopular and more skilled players is the direction I know I want to go. It is too early to really tell but what are your thoughts?

yeah, this is interesting. The one RvR battle we played we got wrecked by the Order team. I remember in WoW it was just the opposite. the Alliance teams were always Hereo wannabies hence unorganzied…whereas the horde were just the opposite and could team up better.
I think we should definitely cover our bases and make sure we ahave an order class in mind if the Destruction side turns out to a be suck. RvR is so critical to the gameplay of this mmo, i’d hate to the experience ruined by continunally getting bitch slapped in RvR matches.
I agree. I def liked Bright Wizard or Shadow Warrior when I tried. I highly recommend we all try and play during Open Beta. There will be tons more players than PW. It will be a pretty good judge I think.
